Ordering Goods

Purchasing & Payment

For each online order, you must pay:

– the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by UdyamaPOS and

– the delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time.

Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to UdyamaPOS is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. At this stage we can only accept payments using Credit Card, Bank Transfer and UPI. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched unless you have approved credit facilities with UdyamaPOS.

Delivery

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by UdyamaPOS. We may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If we request payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to UdyamaPOS, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.

UdyamaPOS will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available we will notify you of this as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

Delivery to Remote Areas

While it is UdyamaPOS endeavor to provide shipping at standard freight rates, in the case of shipping to a remote area, customers shall have to bear the actual shipping costs as it is not possible for UdyamaPOS to absorb shipping costs given the competitive pricing of the company. The customers shall be contacted in case of additional shipping charges.

If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. Title & Risk

Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from UdyamaPOS to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

All product returns are subject to UdyamaPOS Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Product Information, Prices & Photos

UdyamaPOS aims to include up-to-date pictures and specifications of all of the goods. However, our picture and/or description of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods. Images are for illustration purposes only, actual product may differ.

Every care is taken to ensure that the prices on the website are up-to-date. However, in some rare cases, prices are subject to change without prior notice. UdyamaPOS informs the clients before processing such orders and requests the clients to bear with us in such rare cases.

Although all care is taken to provide the correct pricing, sometimes due to the fluctuating dollar our purchase prices from suppliers surge resulting in a price rise of advertised products. In such cases, the customer is informed about the difference and customer can choose to accept else a full refund is provided.
